Meet Haley Outcalt
Haley Outcalt, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with a strong passion for providing excellent care to her patients. With over 10 years of medical experience, including 6 years in aesthetics, regenerative, and integrative medicine, she has combined her knowledge to address both external and internal aging. The patient experience is important to her and the values she encompasses in her career are safety, ethics, integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Haley strives for excellence in further educating herself. She has taken two cadaver courses to enhance her anatomical skill set, attended a multitude of trainings led by world-renowned experts, and is advancing her knowledge in functional medicine and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. She has taken courses with Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr Sebastian Cotofana, Dr Shino Bay Aguilera, Dr Steven Harris, and Dr. Christian Subbio.
Her age management training comes from her mentor Dr. Steven Lasater with Optimal Wellness Medical Group. Courses with Worldlink Medical by Dr. Rouzier, M.D focusing on bio-identical hormone therapy. Functional medicine courses with EliteNP and Age Management Medical Group focusing on gut health, microbiome, nutrition, weight loss management, peptide and vitamin supplementation.

She is involved with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has taken a board position as the vice president of the newly founded association, Michigan Aesthetic Provider Network. This network was formed to bring Michigan aesthetic providers together to ensure patient safety and higher education practice standards are implemented across the state.

She opened her practice, Aesthetic Evolution, PLC, in 2023, and is working with Dr. Steven Lasater M.D. as her medical director.
